LoL. GaMBiTz is giving you the wrong definition of "O" Level. It is an international exam for commonwealth countries.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O_levels
    Learn to read.

I'm no expert but this is how the education system works over here, roughly:
    1 - 6 yrs old kindergarden (non-mandatory)
    7 - 12 Primary school
When you're 12 you take the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) out of 300 marks and that essentially streams you for what secondary school you're gonna end up in.
If I'm not wrong, 200(or was it 180) marks + and you get into the express/ O level stream for secondary school(Reb), below that and you're in Normal Tech/w.e you call it (Gam). The ppl with super high IQ usaully get 250+ and end up in the supposed 'elite' schools; in which you study till you die.

13 - 16 You're in Secondary school and you do about 9 Subjects/courses, which usually comes as a culture shock to your innocent (and slack) minds. At the end of secondary school you take the O levels/N levels which again streams you for a Junior College or Polytechnic(Reb). The grading system for the O level works like this - the lower your score the better.
For example, a mark above 75/100 would give you an A1 grade which constitutes 1 point. 70 - 75 gives you an A2 grade which constitutes 2 points. Savy?

16 - 18 is Poly/ JC after which the girls proceed to university/other while the guys join the military for about 2 years. This is why you dont get a gf before army(gam). After which, you're free.

No df. The commonwealth nations, formerly known as the British Commonwealth, essentially consists of Britain and the former British colonies.

ignore reb, he's a history failure. Yes, America was once a colony of the British (back in 1700s), until the people got pissed off at taxes and inequality under the influence of the ideas disseminated from the Age of Enlightenment in Europe. So they rebelled and eventually gained independence thanks to the French backing. But i think the commonwealth mainly consists of the britsh colonies in 1800s - 1900s and not USA cuz by joining the British commonwealth would mean accepting that they were orignally formed by the British, with the 13 states, and a lot of the new states created thereafter was created from British land that was paid for by the Americans.

I only know this cause i've done the French Revolution which was a semi-impact of the American revo.
